Tuition Rates and Fees

Webster University's tuition rates listed below are for the academic year indicated and are subject to change. Webster University's academic year begins with one eight-week Summer term. Webster has two 16-week semesters per year: Fall (includes the eight-week Fall 1 term and the eight-week Fall 2 term) and Spring (includes the eight-week Spring 1 term and the eight-week Spring 2 term). A normal study load for a full-time undergraduate student consists of four courses per semester plus two summer courses. Students are expected to commit up to 40 hours per week (in and out of class) for the duration of the semester.

2024-2025 Tuition Rates

Please note that availability of textbooks and/or ebooks at the beginning of the semester/term depends on advance registration. Study Abroad students pay for their own books. Tuition does not cover the following: exceptional costs such as lab fees (100 euros) or field trips expenses, and accessories such as notebooks, pencils, etc.

Undergraduate students registered for 12-18 credit hours per semester are considered full-time and pay flat-fee tuition. Students who require a residence permit to study in the Netherlands must be full-time degree-seeking students. Those registered for 11 credit hours or fewer are considered part-time and pay tuition at a per-credit-hour rate, which does not include textbooks/ebooks. For example, a 3-credit course in 2024-2025 will cost 1,575 euros plus books.

Undergraduate students registering for courses in the Summer sessions will pay the per credit fee. For example, a 3-credit course in 2024-2025 will cost 1,575 euros plus books.

Please note that tuition fees are subject to change at the beginning of the new academic year, which starts with the Summer term. Students are billed for each individual course in which they register. Rates per course are the same for full-time and part-time study. Please note that books for graduate courses are included in the tuition fee unless otherwise noted. Study Abroad students pay for their own books.

MBA and MA in Management and Leadership programs 870 euros per credit hour

The MBA and Management and Leadership programs consist of twelve 3-credit courses, for a total fee of 31,320 euros. Depending on the MBA student’s background, up to three pre-MBA courses and/or a graduate English language writing course may also be required, at the same per-credit-hour rate.
MA in Cybersecurity and Online MA programs, excluding textbooks 870 euros per credit hour

MA in International Relations, MA in Psychology with an Emphasis in Counseling Psychology 655 euros per credit hour

The MA in International Relations program consist of 12 3-credit courses, for a total fee of 23,580 euros.
The MA in Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology program consist of 16 3-credit courses, for a total fee of 31,440 euros.
Graduate audit classes (0 credit hours, textbooks/e-books not included) 1,050 euros

Enrollment Deposit

In order to confirm your enrollment, register for classes, and begin arrangements for any immigration process (if applicable), Webster Leiden Campus requests students to submit a confirmation deposit. The deposit amount for students are as below.

EU students (visa not required) 250 euros
International students outside of EU, not requiring student visa (MVV) 1,000 euros
International students outside of EU, requiring student visa (MVV)* 8,000 euros

The 250 euros administrative deposit is removed from your first tuition invoice after registration.

Please note that credit card payments incur a transaction fee of 3.75% of the payable amount (American Express cards are accepted). This extra fee is only an estimate; the actual bank charges will be applied to your student account.
